Your Pistolo account lives at the operator's own site, and only the operator can verify, restore or unblock it. This portal explains how signing in works and where to turn when something goes wrong.
The route to your account
Signing in takes three steps, and each one happens at the operator's own site:
- Open the operator's site by typing the address into your browser or using a bookmark you created yourself.
- Find the sign-in button and select it.
- Enter the email address and password you chose when you registered, then confirm.
If you do not have an account yet, registration happens at the operator too.
Getting in from a phone
You reach your account the same way on a phone as you do on a computer. Open the operator's site in your mobile browser, tap the sign-in button, and enter the same email and password. The account is the same, and so is the balance.
The handful of things that go wrong
Most sign-in problems come down to one of these causes, and each one has a fix:
- Wrong email or password. Check for typos, extra spaces, and whether caps lock is on. Passwords are case-sensitive.
- Unverified account. The operator asks for identity documents within 30 days of requesting them and processes verification within 10 days after everything is submitted. Until verification clears, some account functions are restricted.
- Browser session problem. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try again. If that does not work, try a different browser or device.
- Self-exclusion in force. If you closed your account or set a self-exclusion period, the block stays until it expires. Contact support if you need help.
Getting back in
If you have forgotten your password, the operator sends a reset link to the email address you used at registration. Open the operator's site, select the password-reset option, enter your email, and check your inbox for the link. Follow it to set a new password.
If the email address you registered with is no longer reachable, contact the operator's support team directly. You will need to verify your identity before they can update the address on file.
When the block is deliberate
Some restrictions are put in place by design, and they cannot be lifted until their conditions are met:
| Cause | What happens |
|---|---|
| Verification pending | Withdrawals and some account functions are restricted until documents are submitted and approved |
| Self-exclusion | Access is blocked for the period you requested; it cannot be shortened |
| Inactivity | Accounts inactive for 180 days are charged a 5 EUR monthly fee until the balance reaches zero |
The right door for help
The operator's support team can access your account, check its status, and clear holds that are blocking you. Live chat and email are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Reach them at [email protected].
Before you write, have three things ready: the email address on the account, when the problem started, and the exact message you see on screen. That information lets support answer on the first reply rather than ask for it later.
Keeping access safe
Sign in only on the operator's own site — type the address yourself or use a bookmark, never a link in an email or a message. Use a password you have not used anywhere else, and sign out when you are finished if the device is shared with anyone.
