These terms govern your use of Pistolo (pistolocasino.org.gr), an independent information portal. By accessing this site you agree to comply with the conditions set out below. We are not affiliated with the casino operator reviewed here; our role is purely editorial.
Scope of these terms
This document applies to pistolocasino.org.gr only. It does not cover the operator's own player terms — those are published separately on the operator's platform and apply when you register an account or place a bet. Our terms address how you use this portal, what we provide, and the boundaries of our responsibility.
The relationship between you and us
Pistolo is an information resource. We publish facts, analysis and opinion about online gambling brands, but we do not process deposits, handle accounts, or facilitate play. You remain responsible for verifying any detail before acting on it, and for ensuring that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.
We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and current, but operators change terms, offers and policies without notice. A figure published here reflects what the operator stated at the time we captured it, not necessarily what applies today. Always check the operator's own site before committing money.
Your undertakings
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (18+). Access to gambling-related content is restricted to adults, and you must not share this site with anyone under that age. You agree to use pistolocasino.org.gr lawfully — no scraping, no automated data extraction, no attempt to compromise the site's security or availability.
You will not use our content to defame, harass or mislead others. Any comment, query or correspondence you send us must be your own work and must not infringe anyone else's rights.
Prohibited activities
The following are not permitted: submitting malicious code or scripts; attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems; using our contact channels to distribute spam, phishing attempts or commercial solicitations unrelated to the site's purpose; misrepresenting yourself as a representative of this portal or the operator.
Our material
All text, images, design elements and code on pistolocasino.org.gr are protected by UK and international copyright law. You may read, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not republish our content elsewhere — in whole or adapted — without written permission, and you may not remove or obscure any attribution or legal notice we include.
Brand names, logos and trademarks mentioned on this site remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance here is for identification and commentary only, and does not imply endorsement by those owners of this portal or its content.
Disclaimers
We provide information "as is". Pistolo makes no warranty — express or implied — that the content is error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Gambling involves financial risk, and no article, comparison or analysis on this site constitutes advice to gamble or a guarantee of any outcome.
We are not liable for decisions you make based on what you read here. We are not responsible for losses incurred through gambling, whether or not you reached the operator via a link on this portal. We are not liable for any interruption, delay, or unavailability of this site, or for any malware, phishing attempt or security breach originating from a third party.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by English law, our liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this site — whether in contract, negligence or otherwise — is limited to £100. This cap does not apply where law prohibits such a limitation, including claims for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Links to third-party sites
Pistolo includes links to the operator's platform, payment providers, regulatory bodies and responsible-gambling organisations. We do not control those sites, and their inclusion here does not mean we endorse their content, practices or terms. You use third-party links at your own risk, and you should read their own policies before providing any personal information.
Data protection
How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy. In brief: we collect minimal information (technical logs, contact-form submissions), we do not sell it, and you have rights under UK GDPR to access, correct or delete what we hold. For details or to exercise those rights, contact [email protected].
Minimum age
This site is for users aged 18 and over (18+) only. If you are under 18, leave now. Parents and guardians should use filtering software — such as Net Nanny or Qustodio — to prevent minors from accessing gambling-related content on shared devices.
Service availability
We aim to keep pistolocasino.org.gr online and accessible around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, hosting issues and circumstances beyond our control may cause downtime. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, without prior notice.
Responsible gambling
Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money or solve financial problems. If you feel your play is getting out of hand, free and confidential support is available in the UK from GamCare (National Gambling Helpline: 0808 8020 133, open 24/7) and BeGambleAware (begambleaware.org).
You can self-exclude from all UK-licensed sites via GamStop (gamstop.co.uk), a free national scheme. Blocking software such as Gamban (gamban.com) and BetBlocker (betblocker.org) can prevent access to gambling sites across all your devices.
Changes to these terms
We may update this document to reflect changes in law, site functionality, or editorial policy. Significant changes will be noted at the top with a revision date. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. Check back periodically, especially if you rely on this portal regularly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your use of this site falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you access pistolocasino.org.gr from outside the UK, you remain responsible for complying with local laws.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable by a court, that provision is modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or removed entirely if modification is not possible. The rest of the terms remain in full effect.
Contact
Questions about these terms, or concerns about content on this site, should be sent to [email protected]. We aim to respond within 48 hours. For matters involving the operator itself — account issues, withdrawals, bonuses, verification — contact the operator's own support team directly.
